Most people are either living in the past or in the future. But the present moment is all we have. The past is gone, and the future is yet to come. Harnessing the power of the present moment unlocks a whole other dimension.
You can use the practices of Meditation and Mindfulness to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Many people think of it as a way to reduce stress and develop concentration. People also use the practice to develop other beneficial habits and feelings, such as a positive mood and outlook, self-discipline, healthy sleep patterns, and even increased pain tolerance.
By focusing on moment-by-moment experiences, people who meditate are less stressed, healthier, sleep better, and have a more positive outlook on life. Simply put, meditation makes you a happier person! It is no wonder that they say that happiness is an inside job!

In other words, your outer world is a mere reflection of your inner world. If your inner world is chaotic and you have a garden full of weeds growing in your mind, your outer world will pretty much be the same. If you are calm and composed, and enjoying a beautiful garden full of blossoming flowers in your mind, your outer world will be just as beautiful!

Your facilitator is trained in multiple Meditation Techniques, including the acclaimed Silva Method and has been meditating daily for more than a decade now. She has created various guided Meditation tracks for people to practice and hone their Meditation skills with.
