Madhuri is committed to empowering her clients unlock their inner strength and resilience. Her compassionate approach and evidence-based techniques have made a significant impact on the lives of many. Madhuri is a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, who firmly believes that nurturing individuals with compassion and holding them in that sacred space as they progress on their journey, would enable them to see their true Inner Light, and live life in a sustained state of joy, ease, and grace. With time, this approach has indeed worked to help transform the lives of all those she has worked with so far.
An Architect by qualification, after more than a decade of dabbling in the Design Industry both in India and abroad, she realised that her calling was elsewhere. After a lot of soul searching, she came to the realization of why she was here, and what she was supposed to do.
During the course of the last few years, she has invested a considerable amount of her time and energy to learn a plethora of Healing Modalities and Coaching Techniques, in order to hone her skills, and to help and serve people better.

Healing is not about striving for a perfect, most love-able version of yourself; it is about creating awareness, compassion and acceptance for ALL parts of you, and letting go of those aspects that are not serving you.
Our unique life experiences and traumas shape our beliefs, behaviours, and biology. When we haven’t received the support and safety that are needed to navigate the challenges we experience, we tend to shut down our emotional and physical responses. This leads us to repress, push down, and disown the parts of us we deem ‘unacceptable,’ thus internalising the shame of who we are, and what makes us human.
Through this fragmenting of the self, we become disconnected from ourselves and our bodies which can lead to burn out, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and pain. When we begin to embark on our individual healing journey we can be so focused on ‘fixing’ ourselves that we are operating from a place of shame and fear without even realising, and wondering why we seem stuck or feel like we are going backwards.
Madhuri's intention as a Coach is to help bring awareness and compassion to the subconscious parts of you that are keeping you from moving forward, and understanding how they impact your mindset and nervous system. Her role is to help you bring the mind and body back into harmony and instill a greater sense of wholeness.

The mind and body are constantly connected and in communication with each other at all times via our nervous system, and our life experiences shape this system. When we have not been able to adequately discharge our energy through emotional expression from stressful or traumatic events, we can become stuck in survival mode, frozen in time. This creates very real and at times debilitating physical symptoms and reactions. Our internal window of tolerance becomes smaller, and life and what it brings our way feels overwhelming. We find ourselves fluctuating between hyperarousal (fight/flight) or hypoarousal (freeze/fawn/shut down) states. The goal of regulating your nervous system is not to feel relaxed all the time but to efficiently move in and out of these states, return to your baseline, and expand your window of tolerance, so you feel a greater level of resilience within.
Madhuri is intensely passionate about helping people shift from a state of pain to freedom, and for them to live an abundant and joyous life. For her typical client, this means no more brushing things under the proverbial carpet, but actually peeling away all those layers of hidden pain and deep-rooted trauma, and finally letting go of all that unwanted baggage. Working with her for your personal transformation would entail a deep-dive into the journey of self-discovery and self-awareness, no holds barred. Discovering oneself can be one of the most scary, intriguing, and profound journeys, but once you have done that, you become absolutely unshakable! Embracing Mindfulness as a way of life is another positive side-effect that would come about from working with her.
Sessions with her are immersive, engaging, and thought-provoking, and will eventually have you yearning to do some deep soul-searching. Her nurturing guidance and emphasis on self-care empowers individuals to cultivate a harmonious relationship between mind, body, and soul.

She loves to help her clients shatter their limiting beliefs, conditioning, and unwanted patterns, and in turn open them up to the profound truths of this wondrous, awe-inspiring Cosmos that we live in!
What is it like to work with Madhuri?
Madhuri works with a one-on-one Coaching model since transformational journeys need one to become vulnerable enough to open up, and vulnerability can only come when one feels safe, in a private setting without any judgements.
Also, healing cannot take place when there is urgency and pressure from other factors. Establishing safety is key to creating change holistically. Her role as a coach is to create a safe environment for you to explore, understand, and facilitate change within.
